Where can I get Canon Pixma 40 & 41 inkjet cartridges refilled?

I've tried Staples and Walgreens. One of them fills certain Canon printer cartridges, but 40 & 41 aren't included. I'm in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex, but I'm willing to look at legitimate online options too.

So far my best option is to purchase 3-packs (2 black, 1 color) from Sam's for $49.88.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried Ebay? or Atlantic Inkjet?
