Syringes with rubber-coated plungers bad for washing cartridges

Hi, it seems as Single-use Syringes with rubber-coated plungers contains silicone fluid used for lubrication of these syringes.
If you use ammonia 10% with water as to make the water better wash the ink from the sponge these chemicals react with the lubricant and in some cases deposits form.

It can be dangerous to use cartridges that are washed in such a way.

So better to use syringes with no rubber, or wash the lubricant away, the syringe won't last as long but you can still use it.

Ah another reason to use squeeze bottles, silicone contamination.
