Surecolor p800 not printing yellow

My p800 prints every color except yellow, I've done several power cleanings with no luck, there is ink in the line, but no movement. I've changed carts with no luck. is there anything I can do?

Please also check the ink level of yellow color in the toner

Additionally, make sure the toner's a yellow ink level.
