It's nothing huge, but I thought I would share with the community. I received two Artisan 1430s that were not printing multiple colors. I've watched a lot of videos and researched a lot on here. Ultimately I tried workarounds from having to remove the printhead. These printers like any electronic are very susceptible to any liquid. The chip placement on the printhead is beyond logic to me. It's very easy to get liquid somewhere it shouldn't be. After shorting two of them since I've been getting these, I combined the two videos below and chose a different toolset that made it even easier. If you use these tools to pop the ink cartridge chip reader out, you can safely do it in seconds instead of using a small flathead.

Thanks for sharing that... Did some digging and it's possible to get the same tools using keywords "4 piece hook set".
