Stubborn Cyan not working after many head cleans,office stylus t1100.

For Epson Stylus t1100 - Stubborn Cyan not working ,even after pouring cleaning liquid (green color),and repeating paper towel with liquid,and moving head over it .
waited over night,repeated for days still no luck,getting head out seems a very messy issue,as it will be bigger challenge to put it back again!
any help or tip will be very thankful...

Is the cyan ink cartridge new? May be its flawed. How many prints have you printed with that cartridge? You can changing the cartridge.
