I have been getting these annoying lines when printing to plain paper, the problems goes away when I use high quality setting, the strange part is I have always used the Standard setting when printing photo paper and plain paper, and this problem is recent, I swapped the printhead to another printer and the problem is the same, would that be the printhead?, the cart?, I have tried with several carts, and I am always getting the same result.

The printhead is new so I shouldnt be getting this awful lines, when printing heavy cyan parts, and this is driving me mad. I have used new fresh cartridge, and empty virgins, any advice? maybe my new cart is too old?.

I uploaded a page from alignment as I dont remember this page showed fine horizontal lines in the cyan squares, also the black is kind of incomplete and bad printed.

Has someone run into this problem, any advice is welcome, thanks.

It may be a defect of a nozzle in cyan if your print head is new.

Nozzle check looks ok, printing in photo glossy setting corrects the problem and with plain paper high quality.
