I just bought s R2000. Also I bought a roll of paper. It printed OK but when I try to back feed to remove the roll if just feeds forward. The manual said to press the roll paper button for three seconds. When i do that nothing happens or it just continues to feed forward. Is there something I am not doing correctly.
