Hi there,
I am using third party refillable cartridges. Black ran out without me noticing for about fourteen postcards.
I refilled the cartridge but cant get the printer to get any black on the paper.
It doesn't seem to be the normal clog problem, I did several cleaning cycles.
Any hints how to proceed?
