hi guys.
today i realized my photo prints are very navy. i had a test with pixma 4200 then. when i print a jpg which is pure black i'm getting a strange navy blue color. why is printer printing navy blue instead of black.
ps: this happens only with photo print mode. regular prints with regular papers are ok. so problem should be with photoblack cartridge. i got a cis installed on my printer. i just checked the ink tanks and photo black ink is pure black, no problems. im really confused
