Printer for this specification

Hello,

I want to find a printer/software/cartridge which meets all the following requirements. Can anyone help?

[1] Can let me choose to print in grey scale eventhough a document is coloured;
[2] Each colour in a cartridge can be refilled;
[3] The printing is water resistant;
[4] The printer works in a cold room (e.g. 6C)

Epson is my choice and many of their printers fit the bill as you have posted!
