Photosmart C6280 problems

I have a Photosmart C6280 printer in my workshop the is not printing black. The printer sees the cartridge and it is fill. it takes HP02. I have tried using the menu on printer to clean the heads around 10 times but this has not worked at all therre still no ink getting to the paper. Is there a maintenance mode for this printer which can preform a deep clean on the black cartridge?

You can dab the print head against a sheet of wet tissue paper to moisten the print head and try it again.
