Hi to all, here in Australia sharp needles are available from the Produce Stores (horse feed, fertilizers etc) although i have only seen 1.5" max
so i bought some 18g x 1.5" and some 20g x 1". Just carefully break away the plastic and glue from the larger needle and the smaller 20g
needle should quite neatly slide into the 18g one, i just used a tiny spot of superglue and just work it in and out quickly and leave it at a total
of 2" or slightly over, works a treat.
