Hello, I like the youtube videos about printheaddoctor, the price is the only downside.
So I decided to outsource some parts and make it myself.

I allready have Ultrasonic bath as a stainless steel container with heater, the only mod I need to do to it is variable temperature.
I need to add thermostat, as it only heats to 60C and shuts off.

-------------------------------------------
The parts I already ordered are:

1. I all ready got a motor (pump), http://www.autoelectricalspares.co.uk/lucas-wsb100-classic-car-12v-universal-washer-pump-115-p.asp
This is vane 12V type pump, so it should work OK. (but your suggestions are welcome)
This pump overheats in 2 minutes so that is not suitable for my purpose :(

Now I'm convinced I need a diaphragm pump and preferably 24V because the solenoid valves are also 24v (everything in industrial automation is 24v). I don't like diaphragm pumps but you can't have high pressure and corrosion free pump otherwise simultaneously for air and for water.

Suggestions welcome

2. I got these nice Solvent Resistant Ink Filter for Large Format Printer with luer lock fittings on them:
These will be used for filtering the solution that will be used to wash the printheads. They are 5 micron, print head doctor uses 10mic filters.
These filters are larger so should last longer.

3. Got this valve 2x new for 12$ from ebay
I found this better valve, but it's expensive http://www.swagelok.com/search/find_products_home.aspx?part=SS-BVST4

4.Manometer I see they use -30Hg +30psi (2bar) on the new print head doctor4, so I got the same style gauge:
Manometer http://www.ebay.com/itm/WIKA-974532...-psi-VACUUMPRESSURE-GAUGE-23254-/320821276951
Got the same new from ebay for 40$

-------------------------------------------

Looking for PWM controller for pump
Looking for wallwart adapter (has to wait until I receive pump and measure amperage it draws)

The other parts I'm looking for are:

Hose fitting barb
1/4" for thread
3/16" for hose
stainless steel at affordable price.

Stainless steel T joint 1/4" threads

Stainless steel pressure release valve 1/4" thread
I outsourced the valve they use SMC AS2201FG-N02-07S.
http://www.amazon.com/SMC-AS2201FG-N02-07S-Control-Connect-Stainless/dp/B004YWSK5W
The amazon says its stainless, the PDF datasheet doesn't have a letter for stainless
http://www.alliedelec.com/images/products/datasheets/bm/SMC_CORPORATION/70070863.pdf
so I'm not sure about it.

Various Luer fittings and Y splitters (fittings) etc. for hose diameter 4mm.
