Wildting,... Since I've had too many Margarita's tonight, I need to get some rest,.. but in the mean time, it is very easy to get the covers off of a iP4200. I suspect the iP4300 is not much different. First there are two releases in the rear of the printer, Just use a small flat blade screw driver and release these two latches. The back part of the cover may not come up more than 1/16". Now release the catches on the right and left sides. These are indicated by small arrows on the case. The last to catches are the tricky ones. Here is a picture of the iP4200 to show where the catches are located.
This picture is of the right front of the cover. The other catch is in the same location on the left side. Good Luck.
