I think that Smile's suggestion is a good one if you can't nudge it back into place. My printer is working fine with one pizza wheel less. No problem refilling chipped carts, but I would try to stay with unchipped carts as long as you can. If you don't need the additional functions on a new printer you might consider the ip4500 - that is if you have enough desk space.
