Lexmark : Remove residue from Japanese postcards

As anyone had trouble with this message. what does it mean and how do you solve it???????

Maybe something to do with that old Vapors single "Turning Japanese"?

After looking it up, Japanese Hagaki card stock leaves a powdery residue on your rollers. The solution to removing it is to run a special sticky roller through the printer to remove the powdery residue.
