The eight cartridge, wide format (13x23) high speed photo printer, the i9900 is listed on CompUSA's website as no longer available on line but it is still available for $450 in some stores.
It is also available online from Canon's eStore for $500 (it's original price).
This is the last of the printers that use the easily refilled unchipped BCI-6 cartridges that can be purchased in a store. (It does not use the BCI-3eBK pigment black cartridge.)
There are numerous Canon printers that use these cartridges available on eBay and other online resellers, used and new, such as the iP4000, i9900, iP6000D, and the MP780.
