Hello
I recently replaced the carousel and the encoder strip.
It starts up and when I try to print I hear a loud noise and it goes into error (both ink and paper lights come on).
The carousel seems to want to move in the opposite direction to the print, but it can't.
Do you have any idea what's going on?
