iX4000. Resetting a Canon iX4000. What is the button combination?

My waste ink counter is indicating that the waste ink container is full. Canon wants you to bring it to a dealer and spend a lot of money that we do not want to spend. After all the ink will have evaporated in the container and who cares if the pad is dirty.



So does anybody know how the reset the counter so the machine is functioning normal again? I searched forums and found reset instructions for many printers but not the Canon iX4000.

Alternative would be to reset the complete printer, so open to that too.



And if you happen to know how to easily get to the container I appreciate that too as I probably have a look if it has or has not evaporated all ink in it and clean up any tubes.
