For most of us here, OEM inks can only be obtained in very expensive containers, called "carts". Buying ink in this quality and container costs upwards of $5000/gallon.

That said, I have had problems using OEM ink. And I have had problems refilling with non-oem inks, until I discovered reliable suppliers.

It happens that the company whose inks I use has been selling on their ebay store. That said, I would never buy refill ink blindly, based on price or an enticing ad. Only buy non-oem inks that have been recommended by people whose advice you trust. This Forum has more than ten years of accumulated experience with non-oem inks.
