Bit cheeky I know but hopefully Rob will let me get away with this *he says on his knees... No not like that!!* 
I have a few things that I'd like to get shot of to a good home so I can avoid hitting eBay.. and given that everyone here seems to appreciate the old iP4000 and may have a use for one that's a bit borked I figured I'd give you lot first refusal.
I have:
- 1 x ip4000 printer, modified with external waste ink bottle.. 3 "faulty" printheads
- 1 x MIS CIS kit for the iP4000 (includes bottles, carts, tubing, unmodified)
The printer hasn't been happy since I forgot to unclamp the CIS tubes (after a move) and it promptly burned out its first printhead so I'd consider it for spares only.. The additional printheads have happened due to either dropping them or some other issue that may have been caused by the original hiccup.
I do also have a bunch of image specialists ink (500ml of magenta and photo black - everything else is compat with iP4200) but that's going on eBay as it's worth a mite more than the printer
Anyways, if anyone in the UK wants this lot as spares or because they figure they can heal the poor thing then you are most welcome. All I'm really after is postage costs so call it 20.
