How to reset lexmark z1320 ink level

Hai... i'm new in this forum, i have some problem, After refilling color cartridge I can't find a way to reset the ink level. The printer just pops up a message that the cart is empty and thr printer doesn't work. Please help me...

If you have the #28 and #29 return program cartridges, they are not refillable, you need to purchase new ones #28a and #29a. Make sure the new ones are the "A" series, these are refillable.
