I'm planning to buy an Epson CX3700 and have it converted to CIS.
Our local CIS supplier said that the already have the CIS kit in stock but they will install it on my printer if I'm willing to accept the fact the there is no waste ink protection counter reset software available for this particular model right now. And that I may have to bring my printer to Epson service center for the resetting if ever the SSG software is unable to support this software in their upcoming updates.
My question is approximately how many 4x6 prints can I make before I run into this problem? I estimate that I will be printing more or less 100 photos and 200 pages of text a month.
