I've just joined, and have really only begun my 'studies' in Printery. Printerness. Pain-in-the-butt-ness.

I work in a REALLY small office, and whenever we have a printer problem our day is all downhill. I'm trying to learn more and more as I go, and now that I'm on this forum, hopefully my issues will be resolved a lot more smoothly.

I thank everyone in advance for all the help I'm pretty sure I'll get in future troubleshooting sessions.

Inkjet. I tell you what, it certainly can make my day more colorful.

For small office use a laser is a MUCH better choice. YMMV.

It would be nice to not have rainbow hands once a week. Still, I don't think my boss will want to buy a new printer if, currently, I have ours working. I'll suggest it when it goes kaput though.
