Hello all again. I am having some Epson T50 problem.. I find that everyday, sometimes twice a day, i have to clean the print head, it just print with lines. I am using a dye based CISS. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks.

Could be the ink, could be the level at which you support the CISS. You could raise the CISS 1/4" per day and see if that makes a difference, but more than likely, it's the ink.

So are you saying that the CISS should not be on the same level as the printer.. Should i put it higher ?

I'm saying that a small change in elevation might make a difference in flow to the print head....and might not. I could also be incompatible ink.

There are variations in print head height from printer base from printer model to printer model. A generic CISS (if that what you have) may not take this into account.

Install new OEM carts and see if it clears up.
