I have an Epson Stylus NX415 inkjet printer which refuses to print magenta or yellow.
I have thoroughly cleaned the print heads three times with a cleaning solution I have been using for years with excellent results, but it still will not print magenta or yellow.
I have contacted Epson and received nothing but the usual form letter designed for someone who has never used a printer before. It was as if no one even read my email, but automatically sent out the form letter for newbies.
If the magenta and the yellow print heads have become defective it is strange that both should become defective at the very same time. Or, is it? Is that possible?
I will sincerely appreciate any and all advice concerning my print head problem.
