Epson P50 Compatable cartridges show as empty

Made the mistake of changing three cartridges at once that were not quite empty. Now completely new sets shows as empty. Have powered off overnight and uninstalled and reinstalled prinert. Have also used a reset tool (little gadget) to reset obviously full cartridges. I have used the comparable supplier for over a year but have had similar problems but it now seems insoluable

Any help appreciated
