epson dx4000

hi all,hope someone can help with some advice please,my daughters epson stylus dx4000 has just thown a wobbly in as much as when she turned it on a couple of day ago all that happens is it sits there with the mains led/paper out/ink low/and all 3 paper size leds all flashing,has anyone come across this and know what it means or the cure,many thanks alex
