I'm confused. From what I gather, there seems to be more than one chip type being used at this time by the respected suppliers of 3rd party re-fillable cartridges. In addition to so-called "auto reset" chips, what other types are available? For instance, I have seen a chip where all colors are ganged together on a common board while most appear to use an individual chip on each cartridge. I've also seen an RATF (Inkjet carts.com) & Combo-chip (Ink Products)
More importantly, how do these differ from one another, in the way they work & which type seems best for refillables (&/or CIS)?
