Convert a Durabite based epson stylus 1100 to sublimation printer?!

Hi,
i was wondering if its possible to:
Completely purge the oem ink inside epson stylus 1100 carts and refill it with sublimation inks, will it work or fail ?

any ideas/help are most welcome...:/

You mean the Workforce 1100? Yes, you can use it as a sublimation printer. No, you will need either regular refillable cartridges, refillable dampers with a chip bar (similar to a CIS but without the bottles) which is what I prefer since you refill in-printer and don't have to take the carts out to reset it, or a full-on CIS (continuous ink system) which are bottles connected to the cartridges/dampers, for heavy ink usage.
