CISS (Continuous Flow}

I have an existing CISS (Continuous Flow} but have changed my printer can i buy new cartridges for it or do I have to buy a whole new system?

You forgot to post the make and model of your CISS (link please) and the printer you now want to use the CISS with.

Maybe the seller or manufacturer of the CISS would be a good place to start with your question.
