canon ip1300 problem

I have canon ip 1300, and the problem is after refill 2x yellow color doesn't work , but magenta dan cyan is good.

please help me, why is it happent ????

yes, it's second time refiling, the problem is, only yellow color doesn't work (cyan and magenta ok), if I print 3 text with 3 different color, but i just saw text with cyan and magenta color.
I never get any error code.
