canon i960 printhead doesn't move/stuck

Hi,

I believe I need to remove the printhead to clean it since I was getting an error message 5C00 even tohugh my tanks were full. When I press the power button the green light goes on with a loud buzzing noise and the orange light blinks 4 times which means it needs ink BUT as I said, all catridges have plenty of ink.
NOW when I put the power on, the printhead will not move. It is stuck to the right so I cant get at it to remove it. I can't even slide it manually. It will not move. How do I remove it?

search for 5C00 and you see I had the same problem. Do you use refilled or original cartridges, I read that if released ink monitoring you need original cartridges to make the printer work.

I could not fix my own printer (iP6600D) and that is sad
