I've done a good search here for info on the removal of the case on a Canon i900d, and could find nothing. I've removed the cases of quite a few Canon printers, but this one's got me stumped. Seems like there are two rear slots (with arrows), two side slots, and one front slot - with the large grey cover raised, there's also an arrow at the rear of the top left side of the front, which seems to be pointing to a latch that is pushed down, but noting happens. Also in the middle of the top (exposed when the grey top is raised) are two arrows pointing to two recessed screws - I removed these also. Finally, I also removed two screws under the LCD screen (which flips up to reveal the screws).
After loosening all slot latches, and the removal of 4 screws, the case still will not release. What did I miss?
thanks to all who read, and special thanks to those who respond. Much appreciated.
