Canon i865 EEPROM

Can someone please tell me how to perform an EEPROM information print for a Canon i865?

UPDATE:

I just figured out how to get a "Service Test Print" (see below).

What I still can't find is how to get an "EEPROM information print".

I'm taking those "print" terms from an "i860 Service Manual", which explains how to interpret the results, but not how to get the printouts.

To get the "Service Test Print" I followed these instructions which apparently work for a range of Canon models:

1. Printer OFF
2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
3. Release RESUME
4. Press RESUME twice, then release POWER
5. Let green light blink until print head stops moving
6. Select required function as per below by pressing RESUME button the number of times indicated, then press the POWER button once to execute the selection:

0 RESUME presses - green light - Returns a Test Print
1 RESUME press - orange light - Returns a EEPROM Info Print
2 RESUME presses - green light - Initializes the EEPROM
3 RESUME presses - orange light - Resets the Waste Ink Counter

Although the table says one RESUME press returns an "EEPROM info print", the manual illustrates an "EEPROM information print" in a different format with with different information, and says that what I've got is a "Service Test Print".

Can anyone clarify? I need as much information out of this thing as I can get.
