Over the years I have not found that the MSD's are not filed in the USA, and I conjecture that the reason is that they "don't have to." I recall that the BCI-6 sheets I looked at in 2004 were filed in New Zealand. Thank you antipodians.
I believe that the difference between the previous formula(s) and this one is the substituted naphthalene. As an aside, this is possibly a substance which persons with allergies do not want in their homes and offices. Others will say that the amount is very small. If you have chemical allergies you will laugh at that contention.
