I am working on my friend's BJC-6000 printer which uses BCI-3e cartridges. This printer uses two printheads. One is for the black and the other is for the color. Nozzle check shows no black and yellow at all. The scan image of the nozzle check did not come out clear. Sorry, no nozzle check image.

1. Windex does not stay at the pads with closing the cover. ---> Purge system is working
2. After doing over 10 cleanings, only the cyan and magenta ink level went down. The black and yellow ink level stayed roughly the same. --> No ink is going through the black and yellow nozzles. If it is electrical problem, the black and yellow ink levels will go down after 10 cleanings. Am I correct?
3. I noticed small amount black in the new yellow cartridge after sitting in the printer overnight. --> Ink is moving up through the yellow nozzles into the yellow tank.

With this information, should I continue to unclog or let it rests in peace.
