Can anyone make glow in the dark ink for HP printers (preferably for the 95 Tri-color cartridge)? Plus guarantee that it will work in my 6210 HP Officejet, All-in-one printer.

I cannot guarantee that this procedure will work, but you could try refilling your tricolour cartridge with ink extracted from liquid ink highlighters. This ink may be pigment or dye ink. In case it is pigment ink I think it will clog the print head, so don't try this with a printer that has a separate print head and single ink tanks, like some Canon and HP models. The print heads are expensive to replace.

You may need to clean the sponges in the tricolour cartridge before refilling with the highlighter ink, see this video for the cleaning procedure: http://gizmodo.com/5788386/diy-retrofit-an-inkjet-printer-with-invisible-ink

Fluorescent printer inks are also available, but they seem to be pigment ink, only suitable for use in some Epson printer models. Link here: http://www.neomark.net/fluorescent.html
