Hi, can anyone do hi quality CLI-8 any color cartrige chip photos from both sides?
If so please email them to akierum @ yahoo.com

I have a friend thats been in the smartcard/flash memory industry for 30 years, he said he can give them a try but need to see it first. Unfortunately I do not have chipped canon yet (my i965 died a few days back) so if you have canon that uses CLI-8 cartriges and can take the chip from the cartrige to make both side photos.

The chip is very likely a serial eeprom or flash but it is custom packaged. I don't think a photo of the actual chip is of any help to identify what it it is.
