I want to calibrate what I see on the monitor with what comes out of the printer.

For that I need to calibrate the printer with the monitor. I know nothing about this and after some searching on the net, it's making it more confusing.

Printer: Canon Pixma MP970

Monitor: Samsung, SyncMaster 206BW,SyncMasyer CX206BW(digital) 20" LCD

Software: Photoshop CS2 & Page Maker 7

OS: Windows Vista 64 bit

Everything is running fine on my system.

Would like to know how to calibrate the elements that I use.

One article I did read was that with LCD monitors it's going to be difficult.

I hop someone here can guide me through the procedures.

Thanks

Do any of you use the Windows Colour manager?
