My husband just got a new Epson Stylus CX4200. It is connected properly and communicating with the printer but everything prints out too pale. The ink cartridges are installed properly, the low-high setting for printing paper vs. envelopes is in the proper setting. Anybody have any idea why this printer is not functioning properly? Any help appreciated...
