Thank you so very much for the wealth of knowledge that is available on this site.. really it is overwhelming how much data is available.. If you don't catch yourself you be sitting in front of the pc for hours reading post after post.. This is a good thing for me as newbie...
i have a small inquiry.. Is there a print head cleaning process that someone could recommend for a BCI-21e printhead? Magenta is really buggered up and won't come out clean.. it is clogged for sure.
