1390 vs 1400

Hi, I am new to this site and I wish to seek help from you Inkjet Masters out there. May I know the differences between the 1390 and the 1400.

Is it true that the 1390 does not support CD printing? As I can see from my 1390, I see to screws blocking the so called CD loading part. By unscrewing the screws and opening it up it looks just like a 1400. Is there any way I can make the 1390 print cds?

I thought the 1390 was pretty much a 1400 but just with a different model number for a different continent or sales area.

Chances are you could get it to print CD's but you'd still need the CD Tray and it's likely there's a missing set of gears or similar... Doubtless someone else will be able to provide more info to help you.
