Dear all, I was given a printer - Canon MP540, which works mostly correctly with one exception, the pigment black (PGBK) doesn't produce any output. I don't use Simplify3D software but I have to say their print troubleshooting guide is the best I have seen after trawling a lot of sites and You Tube videos etc. Hope you find it a good reference document...
