3d printers

Hi, I want some suggestions for 3d printers to print arts and drawings on hoodies and jackets like this. I have added some pics. What printer should I need or buy to print such types of designs on garments like tshirts and hoodies.

I don't use Simplify3D software but I have to say their print troubleshooting guide is the best I have seen after trawling a lot of sites and You Tube videos etc. Hope you find it a good reference document...
