My wife uses a WorkForce 30. Sometimes, she installs a new Epson black ink cartridge, and it does not seem to register. The ink level shows as Out, and the printer doesn't print. We don't want to toss out a perfectly fine new cartridge, but we can't print with it either. This has not yet...
