I had the same problem.I used carriage head from Lexmark Z26, is very similar. Only must to change the place of the small plastic to indicated the end of carriage.Or maybe you need only use the same flex cable. A good technician can do for you.Good luck Mike

Sorry, forgot to say taht only take off the rubber in black cartridge, in color, clean the rubber with needle injecting 2 ml destilated water in a very near of tube out ink in each color rubber, to clean old ink
