that was when I printed it from photoshop on a piece of paper, not on my label.
that's when I print it on a label, not from photoshop but from maestro the program onlinelabels supplies you with.
flippant? no, not at all. If you took that as "flippant" let me assure you, that's not how it was meant and I do apologize.
I just wanted to make sure you had a clear understanding of what was going on.
Let me break it down,
I am printing on a Canon Pixma mp250, I am using labels from...
Alright, I just printed it from Photoshop and it looks good. The only thing that could be changed is the Nicotine and PG/VG font.
But it printed pretty well, the arial fonts are nice and defined, readable which is important. The gradient is nice.
Now why does my printer not print like this?
Hey all,
sorry for the delay I have been very busy.
I have not printed it from photoshop because I have been swamped. I will print it in from photoshop tomorrow first thing in the morning and let you know how it printed.
Thanks,

I assume I need a better printer in order to print good labels correct? Thing is, I will be printing about 40 different labels that have different flavor names on them. The label will be the same, but the name on the label will be changed. So it requires a lot of printing. I need advice on what...
Never printed directly from photoshop, how do I print from photoshop?
This simple problem of not being able to print good looking labels is stalling my new website launch date.
I guess I'll take it in somewhere for advice.
I am printing Maestro Label, it's a program that online labels supplies you with if you buy labels from them. It allows you the choose the template for your labels, import the label image you created, then save the file a PDF and print it off that PDF file.
I created the label using CMYK not...

I'll post it in a few minutes,
Thank you all for the help!
I would like to get a new printer a better more high quality printer.
The results on the labels I already printer are all kind of the same, text hard to read and blurry and the colors more vivid.
What do you suggest for printers? I am ready to buy one ASAP!
Thanks,
Jon

I own a business that involves a lot of label printing. I designed a label in Photoshop that we love and we would like to keep, however. Our Cannon printer is not doing the trick, it sometimes prints off, but that's an easy fix. The man thing is the quality of the printing is horrible, I used a...
