    Can the Canon MX870 be refilled without resetting the chip?

    Could anyone please help me? I have bought an ink system for my Canon MX870, but after installing it, I could not close the cover and the printer could not print. Could anyone help me with this? Please give me instruction and advice in detail please.:(
