tried and still no yellow or mag. color

Was having trouble. I was getting the flashing lights. So it wasn`t printing. I did the deep cleaning and soaked the heads in windex overnight,as suggested in another post. I still don`t get yellow. What should we do next. This is my second i950,you think I would of learned my lesson.

well got a i950 off ebay and took out their printhead and put it into ours and the seven dreaded lights came back on.So we know it`s something in our printhead.Hate to throw the printer out,still determine to get this darn thing working.Ordered a service manual off e-bay so maybe something will...
